Now I want to say:

How can u know the nobody gives u 5? and than change the password... and doesnt give u the rest?

Exactly, since you gotta wait 7 Days until the Email has changed (If the owner of the email doesent approve, the Email of guild wars wont get changed) and password can be resetted.
