INGAME trading safe?

Hey guys, is ingame sending of gold still unsafe?
because i want to get about 50 gold from one acc to another,
the problem is my friend bottet with that account, and is involved in gold selling stuff, so is it safe if the 50 gold go on my account, or will he be watched by Arenanet?

Should be fine since the amount is relatively low... just use a meaningful text e.g. thank you for supporting my guild or something like that. Imho you would have to be really unlucky to get into trouble for that.

I sent >1000g in one mail (>4000g in total) and did not get into any trouble nor did the recipients.
