Well, sadly this site doesn't ban scammers unless they scam elite*gold because they'll simply make another account.

But if you want to make a safe trade, never give first to a new user no matter how many scores he has, just look at the join date. Use a middleman...scammers usually won't want to deal with a middleman so if they refuse you shouldn't waste any more time trying to trade with that person. Lastly, do small transactions, I'd never give first more than 5$ unless you already traded with that person but still avoid anything higher than 20$ even if you traded him before...it takes a couple of minutes to make several small transactions.

Either way, with Paypal you can get your money back quite easily if they scam you.
