Champion mode Silver Land

2 of the dungeon in silver land is not allowed to enter during champion mode i think its the primal island and red wyrm why?

Unlock and finish three stars first.
Then you can enter champ modes.

probably just a bug...........OR
You ran out of champ tickets.
But the chances are on the bug.
