Hmmp your using a Windows7 something something~!
but your taskbar is not transparent enough to say that there is an updated videocard.

TRY THIS~!

in Windows Update look for a Video card update~! sometimes the driver that is been provided by the manufacturer don't work..

Intel Graphics Accelerator "Requires an update"
NVIDIA Graphics "Requires an Update"
Randeon GA Update "No need to Update"
VIA Graphics Accelerator "Requires an update"
XFX Force NVIDIA Technology "No need to Update"
ALIEN Tech. corp Graphic Update "No need to update"

Not to mention you need to install DirectX End-User Runtime if you haven't done so already.
