Grand Chase Necklace Easy Upgrade

Hi people its my first post on elitepvp sohere is the problem with me
I have a blue dragon necklace and i did trial forest and everything mentioned then tried to upgrade it and it keeps failing at 8 and going back to 6 its never went to 9 .. any answers?

Here's the SS

Here are the amount of gems i used:
Lire (lightning)=500
Arme (light+guard anklet)=400
Jin (Fire)=300
Sieghart (Shadow)=300
Ronan (Shadow)=200
So i used 2000- gems in all ^_^

I've always believed that this is pure luck but any ritual to help upgrading anklets/necklaces will be good if confirmed working

It didn't work or you have to equip it I don't equip the necklace
