I would like to inquire if any one has an idea on how yo change your os from 32bit to 64 bit without reformatting. if the question is answered just kindly close this thread

no there is no way you will change your 32bit machine to a 64bit without reformatting it because its written all over the binary.

First of all you have to change processor from 32bit to 64bit.
then, off course you have to change your OS also so reformat is really needed...
