it can't be the actual game client since it's too small for that...

The fixed version is the exact same size as the normal client.

oh i thought it was supposed to be an installer to the game

now i know it's just to open multiple instances of the game.

Yes all you do it place it in the Megaten folder over the old client and run it that way I think you can also make a shortcut of it at your desktop to skip the verifying files.

Because they updated the game so they need to update the multiclient to the newest version first.
