öhm, du kannst dich mal an nem trainer versuchen
das dürfte funktionieren... ich weiß aber nicht wieviel client und wieviel serverside ist^^
einfach mit Cheat Engine dein ICQ auswählen und nach den values suchen.
falls du den neusten Flashplayer installiert hast musst du alle Werte mal 8 nehmen.
beispiel: steht in ICQ 100 musst du nach 800 suchen

there is actually no cheat.
if you want, you have to try it by yourself. maybe you could make a trainer, but we don't know how much is up client side and how much is up serverside.
Just use Cheat Engine, choose your ICQ and search after values.
If you have the actuall Flashplayer, you have to take all stats (i'm not sure, he means the numbers they comes out...) so this numbers of your search with Cheat engine you have to take x8
Example: In ICQ Stands 100, you have to search after 800
