Leski Wappit, the Medium Armor Vendor near Veenax Garrison on the continent of Kojan, sells Quilted Leather Vest, the Level 16 Medium Chest armor for only 62 copper. All the other level 16 armors cost 10 silver, 93 copper, so major reduction in price there It sells back for 50 copper.
They may fix this in the patch tonight, so it's possible if you stock up them now, after the patch you could make a healthy profit. No guarantees on that though. None the less, if you're going to buy one anyway, you can save yourself some cash.
