Alright this is pretty well known and going around the forums quite a bit, I havent seen it here so I decided to post it.
There are 2 ways to accomplish this;
1) Be a non colonel imperial and have a stormtrooper as a pet,
get near (VERY CLOSE) to your Jedi bounty,
pull out your stormy pet,
/slap him,
get incapped from it,
recover,
use Last Ditch from Smuggler to 1 hit incap your bounty.
2) this one works for anybody
Get a friend and go near the Jedi
/Duel your friend and have him incap you
When you get up use Last Ditch on the Jedi for a 1 hit incap.
Some Jedi are being kind of cautious about tactics like these being employed, so try to stay inconspicuous.
