that only works on a static ip,doesnt work so easy on a router,and if they tag your mac address your toast luckly for now they dont have the abuility to ban that way
just check in to a proxy ip its much simpler

You can also just "Hide" your IP. By using programs such as "Hotspot-Shield".These programs will not change your IP but replace it with another as long/short as you want. All you have to do is turn it of or on ^^.

I do not recommend to do what rhigz03 showed you in a video from Youtube...
because if you do something wrong your and F*ck up your internet. believe me ^^
