Open Source Java Dateien wieder compilieren?

Hallo,

Ich habe vorn paar Tagen ein open source java programm geladen. So jetzt wollte ich ein paar änderungen an der .jar machen und habe einiges in der source geändert(erlaubt, da ja open source und ausdrücklich erwünscht).
So jetzt hab ich das Problem. Wie mache ich jetzt wieder eine fertige .jar ? Also wie compiliere ich das jetzt?

Ich war es immer nur gewohnt das der Dateien Ordner nen eigenen compiler hat...
