NO COOLDOWN HACK!

Have been using it for myself for a while, thought of releasing it for others

It works on Win 7 & 8 [32&64 Bits], didn't test it on Windows XP yet, so if anyone would do that for me i'd be glad

Nutze es schon seit einer weile und dachte ich veröffentliche es für andere

Es funktioniert auf Win 7 & 8 [32&64 Bits], hab's jedoch noch nicht auf Windows XP probiert, falls das jemand für mich tun könnte wäre ich sehr dankbar
