What's wrong with ribot... after every 5 minutes it gets crashed...
i use edx loader ...

any suggestions about fixing my problem or alternative bot program ?

its outdated, thats why you get crash.
atm no free bot except mbot, its free but registration for new players is closed.

You have to have bot account to be able to launch client, without its impossible.
