that depends on what server you choose.
better not get into VIP servers cause they might get p2p.

quit spreading that rumor, it won't happen and never will... they make their money from Silk. VIP mainly means just that weekends you get 2x exp thats all the VIP stands for, has nothing to do with P2P.

Go to options -> Settings -> and there you hae " Self condition, monster condition, party member condition and COS condition" !
