need SRO Emulator ! what's the best ? where to find

i have a question because i looked around forums and didn't find what i want

i'm asking what's the best emulator around this days to make a private silkroad server , the least of bugs and have items up to 13 or 14D with ability to close things or open

i used SRevolution before for a private server , but things are different now adays i guess ,

so i need any help or guidance where to look or what to search for exactly
