1.) Fixing **** would just make the masses Q-Q. For instance, old horizon fixed overpowered bp's and then fixed Overpowered Blades; however, the response was literally "Q ******* Q". Anyway, that person that was focusing on balancing left ages ago for a plethora of reasons. Oh wait, who are you kidding? Asal bp's one hit almost everything if geared properly in almost any server.

2.) No-exp was done as a scroll for many ways, rather than some sort of checkmark box or as a command. Also, the idea was so it takes some of the players penya nevertheless; or was the idea--without possibilities of spamming it to lose penya.
