And that's all. You are attached to the game and you can use all cheats which are available in table.

First of all as always perfect work, secondly i would love to know how to give my players 5 stars skill moves and also change their work rates, if you can help me with that i will be so grateful

If I'll now I'll add it to the table.
Skill moves value is probably stored as (YourSkillMoveStars-1). So if your player have 5* then scan for 4. For 4* scan for 3 etc.
About workrates maybe it will be:
LOW - 3
MEDIUM - 2
HIGH - 1

And that's pretty all I know about that.
