When you press F5 or F6 key and you active the cheat, it will be active all the time. So it will add 5 goals to each game you play. To deactivate cheat you need to press F5 or F6 once again, after game, so you will turn this option off and you won't get +5 goals in next match.
When cheat is active, it changes color to blue, when inactive is in white (see picture above).

try running as admin and with compatibility mode

run it with admin privileges, and try restarting your computer, fifa world and trainer

I press f5 I'm the home team but the match ends 0-0
