war commander base and platoon space

Soo just wondering if anyone is still able to change platoon and base capacity. Ive tried a few of the old methods and im not able to get it. Using ce. Avid user of it. Any tips or methods would be awesome. Thanks

PPL , Pls do not post cheats/codes/something that kixeye can use and change it .

To the poster : there are still some tricks that work , Dont lose hope :P .
