Yes ofcourse it's safe.
Its portable, its working, and theres a virus scan (ignore the 4 antiviruses).

the reason why some coders/programmers or lets say cheat/hack makers dont release some or any free hacks is because, some people dont give them proper credits, some of them are unthankful and mostly.. leechers
