well for starters you just about opened yourself to any and all kind of threats by posting that information here ... and should at least change ur server login user and pass and ur mysql password before you go any further ....
having said that .... if you look your configs do not match up ....
all of your entries should be the same for every file .. ie your master ip is different in both files ....
other than that assuming your ip is the one in the config files then it is correct ... however ... if you are using a local area connection behind a router and that is your external ip then you will need to forward your ports as well ......
