you dont, unless you go into the map data for minimaps and place it there, but its not just one spot it spawns, some bosses like the fish demon lvl 73 spawns in two places randomly, so its hard to pinpoint which one it will spawn at, so only way to do that is if you just use a boss map offline with the general spawn locations marked.
