for maintenance just close NPC,MSG,and ACC Server...then when u restart this 3 application back your server will up..hope this helps you by the way this problems already have in this forum...

hmm if u got a laggy PC just close the msg server and open it again

u can search for auto maintainance tool

if you just want maint without restarting the server then you have close accserver.exe first then kickout all players useing this"/kickoutall" then you can updates cq_action lines ect...
