No. Both of these items are into the 100s of megabytes. The largest attachments you can upload into a post are 10 MB. Most of the db/server/client kits have a variety or mirrors for you to choose from.

I don't say this to a lot of people, but I honestly think, if after all the answers you have gotten over the past days you can't download a set of clients/server/dbs, you should find another hobby besides pserver hosting. I don't think it's going to work out for you.

uh look i got the server but when i login it says the server is maintenance hw can i fix it
