shop.dat on ini files and cq_goods on ur DB search for it's ID and delete it from the Both

you dont even need a code. its as simple as right click paste just find the codes with your PM account then use shop.dat editor to remove it then find the id in cq_good and right click delete record

heres a tool and self explanitory for what u are looking for.
to edit the shop.dat client sided and db sided just open navicat then go to cq_goods then look for the id of the items then right click delete record.
