Exclamation Client keep crashing

Anyone have any idea why the client always crash when logging in to the server ? My windows here is 8.1 Professional . I had tried other server client and they are running well . When I tried my previous client it crash . I had tried to another computer and no problem at all . Anyone ?

Maybe your client version doesn't match your server data? Files that are corrupted or so.

Just a quick ? What would make the client just start crashing when it was working just fine. Example i log in go to server page select server and then it pops up a little window that says rappelz error with some funky symbols. Checked log files the captian and princess are loading fine.
