Msgserver and npc problem

First of all I have used teh search but to no avail.
I am using revo's database and I have followed his guide step by step but the message server wont even open and brings up an error report and npc server starts running then just keeps repeating connect to game server again, any help?

check the server configs well like the ACCServer folder ( Account.ini & config.ini ) and the Gameserver folder ( config.ini & shell.ini & shell.dat ) and if you are in the beginning you can use the localhost IP 127.0.0.1 and make sure the mysql got the same username and password that in the configs and it's green light.

All of the above are correct and I know the problem with the Npc server. But acc server just will not even load... it just brings up a microsoft error report wihout even loading
