Remove the capital K and make it into a lower case. so king instead of King

Also make sure your pass is "test" and not "Test"

What Eurion said, When you use a capital like K for some reason the server doesn't read it very well.

mysql prog on red light

and the server say its offline i make the ome.data and ome.ini same thing but still can you help me ?

You don't really make much scence, but ill give it t try

If the MySQL red light is on use this guide to fix it.

The reason it says that your server is offline is because you don't have the three programs running.

Not Corrupted. just missing information. could be a list of multiple things.
most likely its the GameMap.ini
Fix for that is to replace your GameMap.ini in the msg server with the one you're going to be using in the client.
Also review the sz_server log file for the missing map

Not always just the config files are wrong with the IPs and ports its some times as simple as it not being linked to the correct database. it may state that the accounts are located in the my folder and you do not have a my.account with in it.
another reason make sure to check your gameserver.cfg with a HEX EDITOR ONLY! make sure it says

600 1 127.0.0.1 root test my

Blue= Database IP Address
//LEAVE ALONE IF YOU HOST ON YOUR OWN COMPUTER
RED= Mysql User Name
Green= Mysql Password Name
Pink= Folder that account table is located

Mysql Issues:

Windows 7-
1. Reboot Computer in safe mode.
2. Remove my.ini located in
3. "C:\Windows\my.ini"
4. Back Track to "C:\"
5. Delete wamp.tmp/xampp.tmp
6. Open C:\wamp/xampp\mysql\ Uninstall Service.bat (pending where it is located)
7. Repair Mysql Database Through Navicat
8. BACK UP ALL DATABASES and place in a safe place (preferable desktop)
9. Uninstall Wamp\Xampp
10. Delete Wamp/Xampp Folder
11. Restart Computer
12. Reinstall WAMP/XAMPP on Administration Mode
"right click ---> Run As Admin..."
13. Drop your databases back into mysql\data folder
14. Run winmysqladmin.exe as admin
15. use root/test or test/test or root/rufeng (which ever your database is configured to run the server)
