Ja, Fraps. Du kannst mit Fraps ganz einfach den Browser aufnehmen.
Es gibt aber auch einen Trick wie du mit Shadowplay den Desktop aufnehmen kannst ist aber eher ein Bug. Klappt aber genauso gut wie mit Games ist HD und keine Qualitätsverluste.

Jedenfalls nimm einfach Fraps für sowas wie Youtube, Maxdome etc. Du solltest mit Fraps dort keine Probleme haben.

Shadowplay unterstützt Desktop- & Spielaufnahmen. Einfach unter den Einstellungen ein kleines Häkchen bei 'Desktop erfassen' oder sowas ähnliches anklicken

Wie schon gesagt, kann dir Fraps und Camtasia empfehlen, für mich die besten und einfachsten Programme.
