not true at all.......
paypal closes accounts only if you lets say someone buys something from you,you scam him,you spent the money,he gets the money with proofs of you scamming him via paypal support and dispute,then your account goes to Minus balance and it gets SUSPENDED nothing else
if you are a fair person as you say you are then there should be no problems....
btw there is also moneybookers if paypal is a problem for you......

PS : there is no difference if some1 is from lets say USA or from china that sents you money,it doesnt matter from where person sends you the money,what matters is that you dont get your balance below -0
