There are just some bot programms out there i guess and no public known exploits.
Maybe you´ll find something specific you want to know under the "Diablo 3 Hacks, Bots, Cheats & Exploits" section.

All the bot programs i find all have over 20+ in VirusTotal. They have too many viruses in them to even try them.

I need a bot that is going to be safe to use

The reason why the Programm has that much detections is because the file is packed.. its still safe and doesnt mean its infected.

If i got it right, there is a seperate website of this Programm so maybe you should go there and have a look at the Forum.
That´s the best way to figure out if there is a virus or not i guess.

Those are in most cases false positives.
