Why my hacks are not working?and Im latino

I have cheat engine5.5 and rexignation v.1 and v.2 , i was hacking so good but now i cant use my hacks , everytime I use vac,speed,non,skill etc i get DC, the only hack that i can Use is teleport hack, I dont know why they stop working so Can anyone help me plz and telll me whats going on?

either update your offsets - with the new patch they need to be set correctly (easy fix)

or

if you, too, are experiencing a "Incorrect client, please reinstall" error, there may a compatibility issue with ReXIGNation and the new 5.0.8 patch (not an easy fix)

however which issue it is, i don't know

If you get DC, there's something MAYBE wrong with the values.
