VAC crespo until level 60... Then go into the dungeons lol.
As far as I know, you can get to python castle, but you cannot enter the actual castle without a wallhack unless you are level 85 or whatever and did the quest.
Hmmm, I dont think that the datapack has any map locations to the dungeons as you dont actually teleport there, you just get to walk through an area to get to it.
So a simple answer to your question, no you cannot vac A,B,C dungeons unless you meet the (server-side) level requirement.
