Regarding +9s in the market

Sorry, this might be a stupid question, but do you guys think Acclaim tracks down every single +9s? (like when and where it was made, etc)
or, Do you guys have past experiences when you got banned for having +7-9s?

I think that it could be possible because i made a +7 staff once at lvl 78 (got really lucky and didnt dail once) and then about 5 minutes after this guy came up and started asking me how to get better fortifying chances. out of nowhere. I havent been banned or anything tho.

If acclaim discover the bug or the glitch to make all this +9, they will ban the pg until he don't drop or trade the +9 to a gm.
This happened a long time before and when acclaim discovered the fortify glitch (there were 2 differents glitchs) sent GM around loa to take back all the +7 and to ban all the people who haven't traded all the glitched stuff.
