Easy Hack V2 speed?

umm i looked at the Forum topics and this post is about a Hack so if this isnt where this goes im sorry, its my first post =]

So i have asked many ppl how they got speed hack while vacing in python and they have al said it was in their hack pack, if you know which one plz tell me and they also say they changed some of their data in their files, i found what their talking about and read many posts about what to do, the odd thing is i did exactly what it says but it never works, i put my speed higher and the Hera and Kallus monsters speed higher while in python but it never worked, why is that?

By the way i saw the No Questions thing on the forum but i figured that it meant no one has any questions, i tried deleting the post but i cant find the button sorry
