Use Mavrics to make them blue or yellow. Green are legendary items that you can't make.

you need to make 2x magic 1x noble and 1x divine noble.
for the magic stats you need pass mavrics,
for the noble one you need nium mavrics,
for the div. noble you need tatum mavric.
