I haven't tested this yet, so anything I write below is a pure speculation. But if I wanted to do something like that, the first place to look would be \data\share\map. For example, if u want to modify the spawns for Loa Castle, go to \data\share\map\07_loa_castle\mon_07_loa_castle.cs v. Column A is the Mobs index (check out monster.csv to know which numbers belong to which monsters). Column B is the spawnrate (as higher the value, as longer it takes to re-spawn). Column C is the X-coord and column D is the y-coord.
Btw, u can also just lure some bosses and then it would appear as if u just spawned it
