Dekaron korea test server

Yo guys

I made an account for dekaron korea and downloaded test serv.
I made a char but it aint 165 nor it got equipment ...i thought u start with lvl 165 and full +7 equip etc. Can any tell me what im doin wrong?;p

Who tell you that you will get 165 char with items on start?

can u tell me where did u download that client for test server and where did u register ? plz

it was an event were every char was made 165 with max dk rank, the events been over, and i doubt they will ever do that again

It was a +9 set and weap and they do that when they will get AC10
