Hi there i hope someone can help me =)
Im from slovenia and i whould like to buy a char from dude wich i know .... he lives in bosilegrad in serbia 10km away from bulgaria ..... i want to send him cash on his bank account .... i need his iban and swift code... he have iban but he dont have swift code.... is possible that here is some smartass and is from bulgarian and he could answer ? banke name is Euorbank EFG bulgaria......

any comments welcome

if he has iban then he has to have swift code as well,tell him to go to bank and ask them about it....

Tnx for sharing ur age **** that dosent mean u dont have to have a ppl acc. Also i should advise u in making one becuase the money is much easier to transfer. And with the recent ive been reading its avaliable in states of former Yougoslavia and it should be avalyable to u.

Well, in most countries you don't have to connect a card to paypal. You can still send/get money, the only problem is that you can't withdraw or add money (on your own, you can still earn money from other people), but if you're going to buy games or anything else (like steam) it's all good.

i had 1st paypal acc friend send me 10€ and i got blocked ^^

then make moneybookers account
its alot easyer and no1 is going to block you
and its easy to use
the only problem is that when you send money to some1 moneybookers take 1,9% of the money you send to some1 so if its 100 euros they take 1 euro and 90 cent
and you can use it without credit card
