Make an offer want to sell 2 permanent spell plumes for +9 gear or real $.... i have no ss its a earings that gives +50 to each stat so...+50 strength +50 heal +50 spririt and +50 dex you can wear 2 of them. They are on SIZ server

From Cherubim in Lvl 140 Dungeon.But Cherubim never spawned in 140 Dungeon,cuz its bugged.
