Some of the options

1: I make a completely new class, bind it to an completely new email and a birth date, I then make a character (With the class / name) you want, I plvl it from 1-135 (Your choice) And when I have reached the level you want, I'll show it to you in game, you send payment and I send info. MM can be used as long as you pay the fees

2: You give me the ID/PW of any account, then I will plvl it to your destined lvl.

2.1: You give me the money before I start
2.2: You give the money to a trusted MM before I start, and he gives me the cash once he can confirm the level of the account.

3 (Cheap): I use hacks (No bots) And spam IB aslong as you provide the tickets
4 (Expensive): I dont use hacks and spam IB/IC/DF With an chosen party.

man you must know some people that like to sell stuff for dirt cheap, Like i said once again If you can get the ultimate for that price fully slotted, Then let me know, I sold a +7 150 Ultimate for 1.3 bil No lie, and i have never seen them weapons go that cheap. Hell +6 ppl are selling for 500-700mil
