no one knows which files you are using everyone has their own skill folder with different status.csv so idk and i dont think that someone can help you out with it. just search a bit I already asked almost the same question some ppls helped me and I got some great help .

Well i was messing around with the data.pac i found the skills location but their code was kinda messed up,probably i am looking at wrong offset.
