Who can help me to make the webpage for my dekaron server please ! I have the template and all but i dont know how to configure that

You could buy a web domain like from go daddy or any site they come with site builder tools. Then just abuse there tech support until you get comfortable doing it your self or use Google or YouTube its your best friend sometimes.
