Are you using a rented dedi that can handle the load or are you trying to run this off a spare machine from your house?
When you say they can't reconnect do you mean ever or for just a short while? There is a normal timeout when people get disconnected and says they are already connected. Do you know if the server is crashing when they dc?
The more info you have the better chance someone can help you.

in ayoris trainer there are boxes for it but i am using the EU version and there they do not work
