I want to play Dekaron (offline ) but sever and client dekaron a9 was died.
Can someone re up or give me sever+client (+guild how to install) dekaron
I want to play it offline not online .

Offline is all ip to 127.0.0.1

Just do a search for server files, in the forum to get just the exe's get a action 9 client and put the share folder in. Then just use the same share folder from the server into the client that way they match. Try goggling Ultimate Dekaron Server Guide.
