Help New Skills Action 6

I get msg "insufficient items" when i try ti use action 6 new skill all other are fine any one have any idea to help?
serve are loading file, maybe one file are missing ore not...

i got the same problem......

all i replaced in the skill folder was elastic force for the hunter, the ONLY skill i replaced and im getting the same error he is...........

any ideas why ppl?

have u thought maybe u r insufficient on items? arrows? mana? hp? anything that a hunter might need?
