On the left of all the charater name u got. There are 3 other. Those 4 are the shared (sub server) Click on them and play.

No it doesn't have an english patch. Well the files are gone now. Sdo removed them. He is thinking of uploading them again. Till then, just play whatever you can.

You know there are TWO MAIN thread about tz right? Everything you need is contain in those threads. Client, Patch (even have rapidshare), also tut for vac.
