I see some threads saying you can make a account for Taiwan server, and I see some saying you can't.

So what is it? Can you make an account for the Taiwan server or not?

Not right now.Even if u pm admin.Admin says "you are not our country bla bla...." But yesterday he wrote "will think about registration page" on forum(smth like that.".But dont know whats he talking about,re-opening maybe.

Edit:You can if u are taiwanies or if u succed to trick GM ^^

u could change ur ip then get google to translate ur message and send it to gm lol. but for how badly google translates to english i doubt it will be any better when translating to chinese :P.

Dont translate too many word with translator.Dont become suspicious on GM's eye.
Just find basic taiwanies word and use them^^.
